Neuro Rocking Release TherapyTM CPD Training
Revolutionise your practice with a science-based, neuro-somatic approach
NRRT™ stands as medically applied rocking. It is a gentle form of bodywork, employing bilateral brain stimulation to reset the central nervous system (CNS) by harmonising responses from the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems (P-SNS), aimed to reset an overwhelmed mind and body. Rooted in extensive clinical practice, scientific research, particularly modern neuroscience, applies Gestalt psychotherapy principles, medically applied neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), with a strong influence from Chinese medicine theory.
NRRT™ offers profound effects for individuals grappling with elevated stress levels, PTSD, CPTSD, chronic pain, emotional dysregulation, sleep disorders, and conditions exacerbated by stress-induced sympathetic nervous system overload, triggering fight/flight/freeze/friend responses.
As a therapist, this is a great tool that requires no specialised equipment, oils, needles or overheads, only your hands, knowledge, willingness to aid and capacity to hold space for the recipient of the technique.
We warmly invite the NRRT™ family to continue expanding! This method holds relevance for its non-invasiveness, gentle approach to healing in contrast to more forceful methods or beliefs that healing has to be explosive and exuberant, and its precise targeting of trauma’s locus: the body and its nervous system. Come join us as we strive to extend our reach and positively impact more lives.

Training FAQs
Is there a time limit for completion?
Yes. You have 6 months from the first in-person class to complete the course. About 27 hours are done outside the classroom — including 6 hours of case study practice. This is very doable!
Do I have to sit an exam?
No. Certification is awarded based on your coursework.
What happens if I can’t complete the case studies?
Unfortunately, certification cannot be awarded without completion and submission of the case studies. If you’re struggling, speak to us — we’re here to help but there might be a fee to grant an extension.
What if I have a learning or physical difficulty?
The course is designed to be inclusive. However, if you require significant additional support, consider bringing a support person. Severe learning challenges may affect the flow of the class unless additional assistance is available.
What if I get injured before or during the course?
- Before the course: Contact us immediately. We can offer a deferral to a future date, subject to a £50 admin fee.
- During the course: We are not liable for injuries. Ana is a certified first-aider and will assist to her best capacity. No refunds are available, but course deferral is possible, subject to a £50 admin fee
